How it works:
Sniffles Roller brings together natures most support botanicals that have long been used to support comfort when little noses are stuffy and when chests are congested. These botanicals contain naturally occurring compounds that help refresh breathing and settle the body during seasonal changes and unwell times.

Ingredients to note:
Eucalyptus (Globulus, Radiata & Citriodora)
Rich in 1,8-cineole, a compound widely recognised for its airway-clearing aroma. It’s traditionally used to support easier breathing and help freshen the air around little ones. These varieties are included at gentle levels suitable for children.

Myrtle (Myrtus communis)
Myrtle has a softer, child-friendly scent profile. It also contains 1,8-cineole and myrtenyl acetate, commonly used to support respiratory comfort while being calming rather than stimulating.

Lemon (Citrus limon)
Naturally high in limonene, a fresh aromatic compound used to clean the air, support a healthy environment, and bring a lightly uplifting scent when kids feel flat from sniffles.

Pine (Pinus sylvestris)
Contains alpha-pinene, an aromatic compound associated with supporting immune system modulation and helping deal with infections.

Roll onto the chest in circular motions, on the back and/or bottoms of feet.

Is this like a natural version of Vicks?
Sniffles Roller is a gentle, essential-oil blend created to support comfort during sniffles and seasonal changes. Instead of synthetic fragrance or petroleum, we use plant-based oils at child-friendly dilutions.

Where do I apply it?
Roll onto the chest, back, and bottoms of the feet. For children old enough (see age guidance below), you can also apply along the spine or dab onto pyjamas near the collar — external use only.

What age is it suitable for?
Our dilution levels are designed for 6+ months.
For babies under 6 months, we recommend applying to clothing or nearby bedding instead of skin.

Can I apply it on the face or under the nose?
We recommend avoiding the face, especially around the nose and mouth. A little goes a long way — applying to the chest and back allows the aroma to work effectively.

How often can I use it?
Use up to 3–4 times per day, particularly before sleep or rest time.

Is it safe during coughs or congestion?
Yes — the aroma is traditionally used to support comfort and help little ones feel more settled when they’re stuffy. It is not intended to diagnose or treat illness.

Does it contain menthol or camphor?
No. We use safe amounts of therapeutic-grade essential oils such as Myrtle, Pine, Lemon, and gentle eucalyptus varieties — without petroleum, camphor, synthetic menthol, or aerosol propellants.

What does it smell like?
Fresh, clean, slightly minty and herbal — not overpowering. Designed to be soothing for children during those sniffly days and nights.

Can I use other rollers at the same time?
Yes — it pairs well with our Sweet Dreams Roller for bedtime routines.

Is it sticky or oily?
It absorbs quickly thanks to lightweight organic coconut oil, making it comfortable on delicate skin.

Can adults use it?
Absolutely — many grown-ups love it too!

Do I need to patch test first?
Yes — we always recommend a small patch test on the forearm before first use. Wait 15–20 minutes and check for any redness or irritation. Every child’s skin is unique.

Any safety reminders I should know?
• External use only — avoid eyes, face, and inside the nose
• Do not apply to broken or irritated skin
• Keep out of reach of little hands
• If sensitivity occurs, discontinue use
• Always supervise during use
• Consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist
