In that powerful shift, I also realised how easily we forget ourselves. How quickly we set aside our own strength, resilience, and beauty. That forgetting became the seed for A Thousand Roses.
When I couldn’t find products that were both natural and truly effective, I began making my own. Simple remedies. Daily rituals. Nurturing techniques that helped calm both my nervous system and Mila’s.
Over time, that personal practice grew into something much bigger — a way to support other women and families with safe, holistic products they could truly trust.
