What are the everyday essentials for a new baby?

How does the Everything Balm compare to standard nappy cream?
Everything Balm is a multipurpose balm built from beeswax, shea butter, calendula-infused olive oil, jojoba and vitamin E. Unlike most nappy creams, it contains no zinc oxide, no petrolatum, no synthetic fragrance and no preservatives. It is suitable for the nappy area, dry skin, mild eczema patches, cradle cap and lip dryness. Whilst we see incredible results for severve eczema and rashes - For persistent severe nappy rash, follow your GP or maternal health nurse's guidance.
Are the organic wool socks washable?
Yes. The 100% organic wool socks are hand-washable in cool water with a wool-safe detergent and air-dried flat. Wool has natural antibacterial properties and does not need to be washed as often as cotton, which is one reason they hold up well to daily wear. Most families find one or two pairs is sufficient for newborn use, scaling up as the child grows.
What food teether do you recommend?
Our nasty-free food teether is BPA, BPS, PVC and phthalate free, made from food-grade silicone with a beechwood handle. It is suitable from around four months when most babies begin teething and chewing exploration. The textured surfaces support multiple gum-massage angles, and the wooden handle is comfortable for small hands. It is dishwasher safe and replaces several plastic equivalents.
Can I use the Teething Roller daily?
Yes. The Teething Roller is formulated for frequent use throughout the teething phase, which typically spans from three months to around two years. Apply along the outer jawline and behind the ears, up to three or four times daily during active discomfort. The base is coconut oil so it doubles as a gentle skin moisturiser, and there is no concern with frequent use at the recommended application sites.
What is in the Mini Bundle?
The Mini Bundle includes the Teething Roller, Sniffles Roller and Sweet Dreams Roller, our three most-loved rollers in the baby range. Are these products suitable for travel?
Yes. Rollers are 10ml or 5ml each, well below airline carry-on limits, and the balms are stored in airtight tins or jars. The complete Everyday Essentials kit fits inside a standard change bag and weighs under 300 grams. Many families take the Mini Bundle as a travel pack and leave the Full Range at home.
How long does each product last?
With daily use, a roller typically lasts six to 8 weeks. The Calm Sleep Balm jar (60g) lasts approximately 4-8 weeks with nightly use across the soles of both feet. Everything Balm (60g) lasts 4-12 weeks depending on application frequency. The food teether and wool socks are durable goods used over months or years.
