Can I use baby products on myself?

Yes, many mothers do. The Calm Sleep Balm is excellent for restless evenings. The Everything Balm works well for postpartum recovery, dry hands and lip dryness. The Sniffles Roller can be used by adults during colds. The baby range is formulated at conservative paediatric dilution ratios, so it is well below adult use thresholds. The reverse is generally not recommended: adult-strength products are typically too concentrated for paediatric use.
