How long does shipping take?

Australia

Standard: 2–8 business days depending on state

Express: 1–3 business days depending on state & timing of placement (our warehouse team doesn’t work weekends)

International (DHL for express)

Standard: 6–15 business days depending on country

Express: 1–3 business days (metro), 3–7 business days (regional)

Please note: We are a small, dedicated team. Orders placed on Fridays may experience slight delays.

Do I need to pay extra for customs into my country?

Some countries may apply customs or import duties. These charges are set by your local authorities and would be the responsibility of the buyer. We just want you to be aware so there are no surprises!

Product Safety & Usage

I heard essential oils were bad for babies, is this true?

Essential oils can be unsafe if used in high concentrations or poor-quality blends. That’s why our remedies are made in small batches with very low dilutions, ensuring gentle support for babies. We recommend a patch test first, as every child’s skin is unique. Always purchase from our official store to avoid counterfeit products.

Is your solution diluted?

Yes, our blends are heavily diluted to be safe for babies while still effective. Small-batch production allows us to carefully control every batch. We recommend a quick patch test before first use.

Can I use your rollers if my little one has eczema?

Our rollers are gentle and diluted, but eczema-prone skin can be sensitive. We recommend a patch test on an unaffected area first. Avoid open or irritated skin. If in doubt, consult your healthcare professional.

What happens if my child gets the product on their hands and puts them in their mouths?

Our blends are safe in small amounts. The rollers are designed for external use, and we recommend massaging the oils in for absorption rather than leaving residue on the skin.

What happens if my child gets the solution in their eyes or mouth?

Rinse immediately with water. While our products are gentle, avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.

How often can I use the Rollers per day?

Generally, 3–4 times per day, leaving 20–25 minutes between uses to allow the effects to take place.

Can I use your products during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

Yes, our products are safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you have any concerns, we recommend checking with your healthcare professional.

The Pain Roller is not safe for use during pregnancy. For all other products, they are generally safe while pregnant and breastfeeding, but if you have any concerns, please consult your healthcare professional. Any item that shouldn’t be used during pregnancy will be clearly marked in its product description.

How do these products actually work (more so the Rollers)?

The oils absorb through the skin and interact with the tissues underneath, while gentle massage boosts circulation and supports natural healing. The active compounds in each blend are designed to target specific needs ie. calming the nervous system, providing comfort, or relieving tension. The benefits are designed to relieve specific concerns.

Does your teething roller work for teens and adults?

Our formula is designed for babies aged 3 months to 3 years. It may not be strong enough for older users, though some parents notice an effect!

Why am I not seeing any results with the teething roller — what am I doing wrong?

Ensure correct application and allow 20–25 minutes for the effects to take hold. Regular, consistent use is key. Results may vary depending on the child and their specific needs.

How often can I reapply?

3–4 times per day, leaving 20–25 minutes between applications.

How long does it take to see results?

Each child is unique. Some parents notice relief within 2 minutes, others up to 20 minutes. Regular use as part of your routine helps achieve the best results.

I’m Evelyn 🤎 a mother and the founder of A Thousand Roses store. After years in health coaching and holistic wellness, I started this business three years ago with Mila, my daughter who was the inspiration to all of our products. My mission is to bring 100% natural, safe remedies that nurture babies and support mums through the often challenging transition of maiden to motherhood & beyond.
