How long does a jar last?
Anywhere from 1.5-4 months! This is all dependant on how often you use it & how much per use. If using once a day, applying on the body (not just soles of the feet, it should last around 1.5+ months)

How often can I use it?
You wouldn't need to apply our balm any more than 1-2 times per day! You can opt for our Calm Roller if you're needing some support in calming throughout the day!

How to Use

Safe & suitable for Newborn+ (Babies/Toddlers/Young Children)

For babies under 3 months: Gently massaging 1-2 pea sized amounts of the balm on the soles of the feet.

3 months & over: Apply to feet only for first 1-2 weeks, then applying a 2-3 pea sized amounts of balm to the soles of the feet, legs and/or back using gentle strokes and massaging the balm into the skin.

Wonderful

I gave the teeth rollers at all my nieces baby showers, I kept the balm for myself, lol I am 73 and I love it, right before bed, thank you so much

We are loving this product. It smells amazing, it's soothing and relaxing. I apply a small amount under my daughters feet at night before bed, read her a little story and she's out like a light. This is a little extra at bed time that my 4 year old really enjoys.

Calm Sleep Balm/ teething roller

I dont know if it really makes a difference because im too scared not to use it and then he wakes frequently again, but we do use this every single day after his bath and it smells nice and light! But the teething roller, 100 percent!! We ran out of it and he was a completely different baby. I felt so so bad for him. Bought one on Amazon while the one from here was still coming in, and it did not work at all. Thankfully we had this clove oil from the pediatric dentist we used while waiting for our other order of the roller. We've finished 2 already and currently on our 3rd. I have 2 more on the way.
