How it works:
Tummy Roller uses gentle plant oils that have traditionally been used to help soothe digestion, ease feelings of tightness in the belly, and support calm when little tummies are unsettled. These compounds work through the skin and the senses to help the body relax and the digestive system to recalibrate.

Spearmint (Mentha spicata)
A softer, child-friendly member of the mint family. Spearmint contains carvone, a plant compound known for its ability to help relax the smooth muscles of the digestive tract — commonly used for wind, gas and tummy aches.

Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare)
Traditionally used for infant tummy discomfort. Fennel contains anethole, which is associated with supporting healthy digestion, reducing trapped gas and easing cramping sensations during feeding changes or constipation.

Lemon (Citrus limon)
High in limonene, a fresh aromatic compound used to help support digestion and comfort when little tummies feel unsettled — plus a clean, uplifting scent that helps soothe fussiness.

Apply on tummy in circular motions and massage in.

What does Tummy Roller help with?
It’s designed to support comfort during wind, gas, constipation, feeding changes and general tummy upsets. The plant compounds in the blend help relax the digestive area and soothe the nervous system when little bellies feel unsettled.

When should I use it?
Helpful during:

Where do I apply it?
Roll gently on the tummy and lower back, then massage the belly clockwise (the direction the digestive system moves). External use only.

What age is it suitable for?

How often can I use it?
Up to 3–4 times daily, especially after feeds or during obvious discomfort.

How long does it take to help?
Many parents notice relief within minutes once massage and movement help release wind. Every little tummy is unique — sometimes a few uses help more than one.

Does it help with reflux?
