PRE ORDERS, Return, Refund, Cancellation, International Orders

Please keep in mind ALL orders made are under ‘PRE ORDER’ & will be dispatched from our warehouse in FEB 2025!

 

Due to a very high demand in our products from our small business here in Australia, we have made the decision to take time to work behind the scenes throughout the holidays to ensure we begin our year with more staff, better systems and more product ready for our beautiful community that we are so grateful are supporting us to grow! PRE ORDERS, SHIPPING & CANCELLATION!


•The customer is aware that once product/s has been purchased the order cannot be cancelled for any reason so we advise that customer takes great care in thought before purchasing any product.

 

•The customer is aware all orders with ‘PRE ORDER’ followed by the specified dispatch timeframe written at checkout & in their email confirmation, understand their order will not be sent out until the specified timeframe. Cancellations due to not being aware of PRE ORDER will not be refunded for these reasons & due to our high volume of orders.

 

•It is the responsibility of a customer to check that their order, shipping information and any discount code entered is correct prior to submitting an order. Once an order has been submitted online, changes cannot be made.


•We are not liable for any products not received due to an incorrect shipping address being provided. Therefore, please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address at the time of placing an order.


•The customer is responsible to ensure that they place the correct email address down when placing an order in order to receive shipping confirmation and tracking email once their order has been fulfilled and dispatched.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS CUSTOMS/DUTIES/IMPORT TAXES:

We want to make sure you're fully informed about your international orders!

Please note that some countries may charge import duties or taxes, which are set by your local government.

While we're here to help, A Thousand Roses Store isn't responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or potential delays. We recommend checking your country’s regulations to ensure your order makes it to you safely!

If for any reason your package is declined by customs, it will be sent back to us. You can choose to pay for reshipping, or we’ll be happy to discuss a refund, depending on the situation. Please understand that due to the nature of our products—being all-natural and made in small batches—we cannot always offer refunds. Shipping fees cannot be refunded for rejected orders.
