How long does a jar last?
Anywhere from 1.5-4 months! This is all dependant on how often you use it & how much per use. If using once a day, applying on the body (not just soles of the feet, it should last around 1.5+ months)

How often can I use it?
You wouldn't need to apply our balm any more than 1-2 times per day! You can opt for our Calm Roller if you're needing some support in calming throughout the day!
