Sacred Sandalwood (Santalum album) – deeply grounding support
Sandalwood is rich in soothing compounds like santalols, known to help quiet the nervous system and encourage deeper relaxation. Its warm, woody aroma signals “it’s time to rest,” helping to settle emotional tension and nighttime worries.

Vanilla (Vanilla planifolia) – comfort in a scent

How to Use

6 weeks - 3 months: Soles of the feet (for more gentle effect).

3 months +: Roll onto the back of the neck, wrists, and/or bottoms of the feet.

Apply as needed.

I honestly can’t recommend this natural sleep roller enough! We started using it as part of our little boy’s bedtime routine with the calming balm and we’ve noticed such a positive difference. It has a lovely, gentle scent that’s calming without being overpowering and it helps create a relaxing environment before bed.

Smells heavenly. So far the past few days of using it as part of our bedtime routine I have noticed a difference in how smooth and fast baby settles down for the night. Miracle in a bottle!

My Bub is 14months and wakes around 3-5 times a night. Honestly I was skeptical to try this as I’d tried so many other things, however, I’ve been using this for two weeks now and he’s down to 1-2 wakings per night! It’s a miracle in a bottle. I highly recommend it, it’s saved my sanity!

I love this product. We started using this right after bath and before bed, my daughter falls asleep faster and deeper. Im able to transfer her out of my arms now wothout her waking and shes sleeping for longer than just a few hours. We also use the calm at nap time and it really helps with her FOMO, shes been able to self settle in less than 2-5 minutes now and the only thing we cjanged in our routine was adding these

I can't say enough good things about the Sweet Dreams baby roller! We started using it during our bedtime routine for our 6-month-old, and the difference has been incredible. It has the most gentle, calming scent not overpowering at all and it instantly helps soothe and relax our baby before sleep.
